I try to always empathise and see what positive additions I can make to their efforts or what initiative I can take to even do better. The fact that young people are often jobless, less empowered, less fortunate under most (if not all) circumstances and with this situation they struggle to overcome such difficulties by using the information, experience, skills and opportunities available to them in the right way.
